SOURCE: Posted on *P by Patti Anderson who got it from a booklet from Fleischmann's Yeast. Add ingredients according to manufacturers directions, adding candied pineapple, nuts and coconut with flour. For machines with glass domes, cover dome (NOT VENTS!) with foil while baking to ensure complete baking. Basic/white bread cycle. Light color setting.

NOTE: To toast coconut, spread in thin layer in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 for 5-10 minutes or until light brown, stirring frequently.
